Refund & Cancellation Policy

Only damaged product is eligible for the refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including the original packaging.

To initiate your exchange or return, please email us with damaged product photo, Order ID and phone number at helloparinda@gmail.com

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, our system won’t accept the request.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Please note refunds will be within 15 business days from the day we receive and verify the returned product in its original condition.
