Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Only damaged product is eligible for the refund. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including the original packaging.

  • To initiate your exchange or return, please email us with damaged product photo, Order ID and phone number at helloparinda@gmail.com

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, our system won’t accept the request.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

  • Please note refunds will be within 15 business days from the day we receive and verify the returned product in its original condition.
